Applicants must be a student. All applications except international students must have a qualified guarantor. Applications for both student and guarantor must be completed. Each applicant is required to pay an application fee of $50 per student and $50 per guarantor.

Please review the rental criteria prior to completing this application.

Once your application is completed and application fee is paid, you will be contacted by The Cottages at College Acres staff to go over the next steps.
